Methods for warming the house from the inside

It is not always possible to arrange the thermal insulation from the outside of the wall. Sometimes the only way is warming the walls from the inside.
The walls on the inside can insulate material, which is normally used for thermal insulation of the house from the outside - with mineral wool, extruded polystyrene or polystyrene. You can also use cellular concrete blocks.

Mineral wool. This method involves placing an wall, which structure (grid) made of metal profiles. Profile - horizontal and vertical - fixed at a distance of about 2 cm from the outer wall. After them to the floor and the ceiling laid in their mineral wool, which thanks to its elasticity exactly fills the space between the profiles. To reduce and delay the penetration of water vapor from the interior of the wool and to reduce the risk of condensation on the surface of the outer wall before installing the drywall must be sealed foil vapor barrier placement. The final stage of the work is to install drywall, which can be finished in any way.

Styrofoam or extruded polystyrene. Plates made from these materials preferably adhered directly to the insulated wall. It is important that the adhesive covers the entire surface of a disc, you can not leave voids under them (at the junction with the outer wall). Ideally plates have machined edges. This is connected to the facility, which ensures tight panel joints. If the edges of the panels will be simple, should be shielded, for example with adhesive tape. There is no need for foil vapor barrier - or polystyrene, extruded polystyrene or virtually impervious to water vapor (they have a very high resistance to diffusion). After bonding warming, placed on a thin-layer plasters them.

Concrete blocks have very good insulation properties and is non-flammable (it has the highest fire resistance class A1), it can be easily machined and cut. By using the insulation made from the inside of the elements of the wall thickness is increased, and thus its ability to heat accumulation. Apply to this special disc (other than for building single-layer external wall) of cellular concrete with a density of 115 kg/m3. Most often they have a length of 600 mm, width 390 mm and a thickness of 50 mm ($5 / pcs.). On the underside of the plate is applied to 8 mm thick layer of adhesive mortar system (the same as is used for walling blocks of cellular concrete). Glued panels so that the edges are offset relative to each other. Slots at the panel joints filled with the adhesive mortar. The surface thus insulated walls covered with plaster inside and sinks in the reinforcing mesh.
