Where the house meets the garden ...

When building a house, we not only desire to have the space necessary for life, but also in its desire to create special places, attracting its climate. Sometimes it is a neighborhood fire, other times the family table or attic corners. Often, this unique place is heavily glazed passage home: romantic conservatory, modern winter garden, a little old-fashioned porch or trendy bay.

Strength of light

Light naturally draws us to the windows here have known for generations tend to furnishing the corner of leisure, dining room set chairs, benches and other seating positions as close as glass. Bay windows, conservatories and verandas offer us something more than mere window or even the huge panes of glass to replace brick wall. Through the window, the light falls on the one hand and a particular time of day. Both the bay and the conservatory are glazed with a few pages, and therefore the sun's rays can penetrate through not at any time of day and year. Glazed roof or dome conservatory lets the sun from the top. This incident light from multiple sides at once and with varying intensity, is the source of a unique mood. Perhaps it creates a special case, not available elsewhere in the angle of incidence of rays, and perhaps the reason is the radiance reflected in a number of glass panels at the same time?
